I am so trying ur milk bun :)

As far as the question in my blog about the Blueberry Coffee cake goes -

You can replace the applesauce with 2 eggs and it comes out more amazing than it already is. I used applesauce as an egg replacement.

As for Sour cream - Though I have not tried to make this cake this way - I know that usually Yogurt can be used to replace sour cream. Try same measure of plain yogurt (full fat preferable).

Hope this helps :)"

Hi, Elaine.
About the ice cream.
You can make it without using the machine.
First put the mixture in the freezer for 1-2 hour, then beat it with the mixer or fork.
Return the mixture to the freezer, and do it again for 2 or 3 time, until the mixture is smooth.
